  • To provide treatment to the highest possible standard in a safe and caring environment.

  • To treat patients with courtesy and to respect their dignity, views and choices, and to canvass their opinions at regular intervals.

  • To maintain confidentiality in terms of discussions with patients and the records that we keep on their behalf.

  • To provide a full explanation of fees, and how and when they are to be settled prior to commencement of any treatment.

  • To provide patients with a full explanation of the benefits and risks involved in treatment and on all treatment options and only to proceed with treatment once fully informed consent has been obtained.

  • To provide patients with a suitable referral should it not be possible to provide any aspect of treatment within the practice.

We are committed to offering a high standard of care and service to our patients. However, if at any time a patient feels that we have failed to meet their expectations we would ask them to address their complaint to us either orally or in writing. We will endeavour to resolve an oral complaint within 24 hours. Should this not be possible or the complaint was made in writing we will respond within 3 working days.

We take all complaints seriously, investigate them fully and strive to resolve them rapidly and comprehensively. In the unlikely event of it not being possible to resolve a complaint we would then recommend directing the complaint to the Dental Complaints Service
